Built because paper timesheets are a nightmare.

PunchFlow started from a simple frustration: running a small team and spending hours every fortnight reconciling handwritten timesheets, chasing down employees for their hours, and manually calculating pay. There had to be a better way — one that didn't require a $200/month HR platform or asking every employee to download an app.

So I built PunchFlow: a PIN-based kiosk time clock that runs on any shared tablet or screen, takes two minutes to set up, and requires nothing from your employees except their name and a 4-digit PIN. No accounts, no downloads, no IT department.

Today PunchFlow is used by cafes, retail stores, trades businesses, and small offices across Australia and beyond — businesses that run on shift workers and need a time clock that just works.

What we believe

  • Time tracking software should take minutes to set up, not days.
  • Employees shouldn't need accounts, apps, or email addresses just to clock in.
  • Small businesses deserve the same tools as large ones — without the enterprise price tag.
  • Your data belongs to you. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything other than running your account.
