PunchFlow exports time data as CSV or PDF, which you can import into Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or any payroll software. Export filtered reports by employee and pay period, then upload the CSV to your payroll system.
Yes. PINs are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Every login attempt is logged. Multi-tenant isolation means one business can never access another's data. The service runs on HTTPS with enforced SSL.
Each employee has a unique PIN only they know. All clock-ins are recorded with a timestamp, device IP address, and optional GPS location. The full audit log records every manual change — who changed it, when, and what the original value was.

Yes. Each kiosk gets its own unique URL that you open on a separate device at each location. All activity flows into the same admin dashboard, and you can filter reports by kiosk or employee.
Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After cancellation you can request a full export. Data is permanently deleted 30 days after account closure upon written request.
