By creating an account or using the PunchFlow service at punchflowapp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including business administrators and any employees who use PunchFlow kiosks.
PunchFlow is a web-based employee time clock and kiosk management platform. The service allows businesses to track employee clock-in and clock-out events, generate time reports, and manage payroll data. Features vary by plan. PunchFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share your admin login with employees — employees use the kiosk PIN system only.
You agree to use PunchFlow only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service. You must not add false employee records or manipulate time data for fraudulent purposes. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Charges are processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued. Downgrading to the free plan does not delete your data, but features beyond the free plan limits will become inaccessible.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your employees before collecting their time and attendance data through PunchFlow. PunchFlow processes employee data on your behalf as a data processor. We do not use employee data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting [email protected]. Upon account deletion, all business and employee records are permanently removed within 30 days.
PunchFlow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PunchFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any payroll disputes or losses caused by inaccurate time records. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in that period.
You may cancel your account at any time. PunchFlow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, access to the service will cease at the end of the current billing period or immediately in cases of violation.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the application. Continued use of PunchFlow after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
